El Contrato de Servicios se envía cuando la cotización es aprobada y se decide contratar el servicio. La cotización aprobada forma parte del contrato.The Service Contract is sent once the quote is approved and the decision to hire the service is made. The approved quote is part of the contract.

El 50 % al aprobar la cotización, que reserva la fecha, y el 50 % restante al finalizar la asamblea.50% when you approve the quote, which reserves the date, and the remaining 50% when the assembly ends.

El padrón de propietarios: nombre, cédula, correo, unidad, finca, coeficiente de participación y si la unidad está al día o morosa.
