Hay dos tipos: interna, cuando otro propietario del mismo PH representa a un copropietario; y externa, cuando una persona ajena al PH representa con poder a uno o varios propietarios. Se crean desde el Portal del Cliente, por carga de Excel o a mano por el operador — y por cualquiera de las tres vías se aplican las mismas reglas.There are two kinds: internal, when another owner in the same condo represents a co-owner; and external, when someone outside the condo holds a power of attorney for one or more owners. They can be created from the Client Portal, from an Excel upload or by hand by the operator — and all three paths apply the same rules.
La invalidación no se deshace: un poder viejo no se “re-valida”, se crea uno nuevo. Así nunca revive por accidente un poder que ya había sido sustituido.Invalidation cannot be undone: an old proxy is never “re-validated”, a new one is created. That way a superseded proxy never comes back to life by accident.

Tres reglas que el sistema no deja saltarThree rules the system will not let you skip
- Nadie puede representarse a sí mismo.Nobody can represent themselves.

El operador etiqueta cada punto de agenda con el artículo de la Ley que lo rige, y el sistema calcula solo el porcentaje que corresponde.
